For E-Mail access you will need a POP3 compatible e-mail client such as Microsoft Outlook. To setup your account access the account configuration (Tools | E-mail Accounts... in Outlook). For each account you will need to provide the following information:
Item |
Value |
Server Type |
POP3 |
Your Name |
desired text for the from field of outbound E-mails |
E-mail Address |
the E-mail address we setup for you |
Incoming Mail Server (POP3) |
mail.D where D is the domain name we are hosting |
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) |
your ISP’s SMTP server or mail.D where D is the domain name we are hosting |
User Name |
your e-mail address |
Password |

If you configure your e-mail client for IMAP (not supported in all clients) your e-mails will remain on our server and apply toward your quota instead of being downloaded into a local inbox as with POP3. To prevent your account from going over quota you will need to drag and drop e-mails (received or sent) to local folders or delete them. Note if you use Mozilla Thunderbird with IMAP E-mails that you delete from the Trash folder will not be removed from our server until you right click on the Trash folder and select Empty Trash.
You can also access your E-Mail on the web at http://x.D where D is your comain name. If you have problems sending mail please contact support..
